Definitions
- KVKK: The Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

As Hayat Oral and Dental Health Clinic, we value the security of your personal data and process your personal data in the following ways within the framework of the Personal Data Protection Law (“KVKK”) No. 6698. With this text, we aim to inform you about the purpose of processing your personal data, legal reasons, collection methods, to whom it may be transferred, and your rights.

Your applications will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
Rights of the Data Subject
According to Law No. 6698, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, and to request the correction, erasure, or destruction of your data. You also have the right to question whether the processing activity is in line with its purpose and to learn about the third parties to whom your data is transferred.
